Instruct us to market your property

- Once you instruct us to place your property on the lettings market, you can contact your dedicated lettings negotiator either on the phone, or emailing them directly.
- Before we can go ahead with marketing the property and conducting viewings, we will require a contract between the landlord and our agency to be signed confirming the terms agreed upon your initial valuation
Marketing
- First impressions count, making the presentation of your property critical to a successful let.
- Consider addressing any works to the property which you have been meaning to carry out that may need to be completed. Adding a fresh coat of paint where necessary and ensuring that you declutter the rooms to make them appear larger.
- Once our letting valuation of your property has been approved and agreed by you, we will inform you on how we will market your property. you will need to sign a contract, which will contain our terms and conditions in order for us to market your property.
- We will arrange to come and take pictures to market it on all major portals as well as our website and to send out brochures to all our existing clients.
Viewings
- We will contact our existing clientele on our database as well as dealing with new enquiries coming in daily, we will get viewings booked in for your property. Receiving Offers

Accepting an Offer
- Once you accept an offer, regardless of whether your property is to be managed by us, we will do the following:
- Collect references from the tenants
- Arrange signing of Tenancy Agreement
- Collect moving-in payment (rent + deposit)
- We can also, subject to a fee, get your property ready for move-in:
- Carry out check-in and inventory
- Organise Gas Safety Inspection & Portable Appliance Test
- Arrange professional cleaning
