We at Synergy Estates London offer a free no obligation Valuation service.
One of our highly experienced members of staff will attend at your property and conduct a valuation. We will discuss your needs and provide you with comparable properties and information on how we will market your property on your behalf.
Marketing
- Once our valuation of your property has been approved and agreed by you, we will inform you on how we will market your property.
- you will need to sign a contract, which will contain our terms and conditions in order for us to market your property.
Property Viewings
- Your dedicated sales negotiator will go through our registered clients’ database and line up clients whom we feel are searching for a similar property as yours. Furthermore, we will send out emails notifications of your property and also make calls to all potential buyers.
Offers and Acceptance
- All offers will come through to your dedicated Sales Negotiator. Rest assured, your sales negotiator will do their best to ensure you receive the best price for your property. Your Negotiator will reach a deal on your behalf and advise you along the way as to whether the offer is an acceptable one.
- Once the offer is accepted, a sales pack will be sent out to both parties solicitors.
Exchange of Contract
- The contracts are exchanged and a completion date is set. The solicitor will deal with all the necessary searches required.
Completion
- On the date on completion, the transaction is finalised and the funds will be sent to you by the purchaser’s solicitor. Once this takes place, the transaction will be completed.
